5.Thai basil leaves
6.Rice noodles
7.Soy sauce
8.Worcestershire sauce
9.Brown Sugar
10.Sriracha sauce
11.Salt to taste
12.Water
Method
Step 1 – Make the Rice Noodles
Take some water in a Noodle pan & put it on a medium heat. Once the water comes to a boil, add the rice noodles & cook it for 8-10 mins. Drain the noodles with a help of a Sieve & then rinse them off with cold water.
Step 2 – Create a Chunky Chilli Garlic Paste
In a mortar add the garlic, red chillies & 1 tbsp olive oil & mince it all together, let it be chunky.
Step 3 – Cook the Noodles
In a wok/ sauce pan add the rest of the olive oil, add the chilli garlic paste we just created & let it cook for a few seconds. Then add the Bok Choy, basil leaves & all the condiments (soy sauce, sriracha, Worcestershire & brown sugar), mix it all together & lastly add the rice noodles. Sprinkle some Salt & Coat the rice noodles properly in the chilli mixture with the help of tongs & thats it, our noodles are ready!
Notes
- If you like you can add more veggies but this is how its actually done.
- Make sure to keep the chilli garlic paste chunky otherwise the noodles won’t have a nice texture so use a mortar.
- Do not over cook the rice noodles.
