Ingredients
1. Egg
2. Guacamole
3. Iceberg lettuce
4. Salt
5. Olive oil
6. Multigrain tortilla wrap
7. Cheese slice
Method
1. Semi cook the multi grain wrap on a pan for 10 secs on one side & 20 secs on the other. We are going to spread our fillings on the side that we cooked for 20 secs as it would be totally cooked.
2. Prepare your half fried egg by adding olive oil to the pan on medium heat, put the egg into the pan and let it cook on one side for a minute on low heat. Keep the prepared half fried egg aside.
3. Spread the tortilla on a plate, make a slit on one side of the tortilla so that it’s easy to fold.
4. Following the picture given below, add your guacamole, egg, lettuce & cheese, fold the wrap.
5. Toast the wrap by brushing some olive oil & voila your easy peasy breakfast wrap is ready!

Instructions

3. Spread the tortilla on a plate & then make a slit on one side of the tortilla so that it’s easy to fold.
4. Now, divide the tortilla into 4 parts & add the guacamole in one portion, egg in the second portion, lettuce in the third & cheese in the last portion. picking the first portion onto the second, then second onto the third & third onto the fourth fold the wrap. Once it looks like a triangle, it’s time to toast/grill it.
5. Brush some olive oil on the wrap & on low flame put it on the pan & toast until it gets golden brown. Voila your easy peasy breakfast wrap is ready to eat!
