Ingredients
1. Garlic

4. Red bell pepper

7. Spring onion
8. White sesame seeds
9. Olive oil
10. Sesame oil
11. Soy sauce
12. Dry red chillies
13. Brown sugar
14. Boiled Udon noodles
15. Water
16. Gochujang paste
17. A pinch of salt
Method
Step 1 – Prepare the noodle’s sauce mix
In a wok add sesame oil, garlic & onions. Once thats cooked add in all the bell peppers. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang paste & mix it all together on low heat, add 1/3 cup water & let it come to a boil. Switch off the stove.
Step 2 – Fry ginger & dry red chillies
In a small pan add olive oil & add ginger & red chillies to it, cook until properly fried. Pour this over the sauce & mix it properly.
Step 3 – Assembling of the dish
Add boiled noodles to the prepared sauce mix & with the help of tongs, mix it all together. Finish with sprinkling some spring onion & sesame seeds.
Spicy Gochujang Korean Noodles

- water - 1/3 cup
- Gochujang paste - 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a wok add sesame oil, garlic & onion. Once that’s cooked, add the bell peppers. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, Gochujang & water. Bring to a boil & switch off the gas.
- I n a small pan add olive oil, ginger & red chillies to the same. once they are fried, pour it over the sauce mix & mix.
- Add boiled noodle to the above & mix. serve with toasted sesame seeds & chopped spring onion.
