TACO BELL Chicken CrunchWrap Supreme

- Minced chicken - 500 gms
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Minced garlic - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- salt to taste
- cumin powder - 2 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
- chopped fresh coriander - 1 tbsp
- large multigrain tortilla wrap - 8
- chopped iceberg lettuce - 100gms
- diced tomatoes - 3
- pack of Doritos - 1
- cheese spread - 2 tbsp
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- shredded mozzarella cheese - 200gms
- mexican ranch - 2 tbsp
Instructions
To prepare the taco meat, take a hot pan and add the olive oil to it, make sure the pan is always on low flame while we make this, as the minced chicken cooks quicker than normal.
- In a sauce pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil & then add onion & garlic to it. Let it cook for around 2-3 minutes till it starts looking pinkish. Add the minced chicken to this & mix it properly for about 2 mins.
- Once the chicken looks half cooked, add all the spices ( chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, onion powder) to it & bring everything together.
- Add ketchup, salt & cook for 2 more mins.
- Once the chicken looks done, keep this chicken mixture aside & let it cool down for 10 mins.
To prepare the wrap follow the following steps
- First of all, take all the 8 tortilla wraps and divide them in half ( that’s 4 & 4). We will use 4 tortillas as they are but we will cut the other 4 tortillas into smaller tortillas & use them to seal our crunch wraps.
- Now, Take one normal-sized tortilla wrap & spread it around 2-3tbsp taco meat that we prepared in the middle of it. Add mozzarella cheese over it & then add the lettuce & spread it properly over the cheese, top it with tomatoes. Till now you should be able to see 4 layers, the idea is to layer all the ingredients.
- Over the tomatoes add 2 tsp sour cream & create another layer of Doritos over it.
- Now it’s time to seal the wrap, take the small tortilla & put it over this filling that we just created, the wrap should nicely cover the filling.
- The next step is to lock the corners of the wrap, spread some cream cheese in all the corners of the wrap & start packing it as shown in the picture below. Repeat the same for the other 3 wraps.
- Once we have all the wraps prepared, it’s time to toast them. Brush some olive oil in a pan & put the sealed side of the wrap on it first. Cook it for 10 seconds & flip to the other side and cook it for 10 secs again. If you feel you want the wrap to be more crispy you can toast it for another few seconds but make sure you don’t burn it!
- Repeat the same to cook the others & voila! Your crunch wrap supreme is ready to be savoured with the classic tangy Mexican ranch.
